We work with 300+ premium furniture, lighting, and décor brands, and our technology eliminates the administrative grind so our users can focus on what they do best: creating exceptional spaces.Now we're bringing Eben to the US — and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that story from day one.Your missionYou'll be our boots on the ground — researching, prospecting, and opening doors with the exact buyers who need Eben most. This isn't a research-and-report internship. You'll be building a real pipeline for a real launch.→ Identify and build targeted lead lists of interior designers, hotel management companies, and real estate developers across the US→ Write and send outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn) to warm up prospects→ Qualify leads and book intro calls with the Eben team→ Attend trade events and showrooms to connect with potential clients in person→ Maintain and track your pipeline in HubSpot→ Report weekly on outreach activity, responses, and pipeline health→ Feed market insights back to the team — what are US design pros actually asking for?Who you are→ Studying Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or Hospitality Management→ Genuinely curious about the design world — you know the difference between a showroom and a trade fair→ Confident communicator — comfortable reaching out cold and following up without being pushy→ Organized and self-directed — you manage your own time and don't need hand-holding→ Comfortable with LinkedIn, HubSpot, or Google Sheets (or fast to learn)→ Excited by early-stage startups — you want to build something, not just assist someone→ Bonus: existing connections in interior design, hospitality, or real estate developmentWhat we offer🎯 Real responsibility — You're not filling spreadsheets for a senior analyst.
