Bartender Manager

Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, including serving drinks, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction Oversee inventory management using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to track sales, stock levels, and reorder supplies efficiently Lead and motivate bartenders and serving staff to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Maintain compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately while overseeing night club or banquet event sales Implement effective time management strategies to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events such as catering or private parties Train staff on fine dining service techniques, beverage preparation, alcohol laws, and responsible serving practices Monitor the venue’s atmosphere to create an engaging environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews Experience Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with a focus on bar operations, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Extensive knowledge of POS systems for sales tracking and reporting Strong background in food safety protocols, food handling, and beverage service standards Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable for managing large events seamlessly Excellent math skills including retail math for cash handling, sales reconciliation, and inventory control Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively with strong leadership skills in hospitality environments Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is a plus for creating unique drink menus or specialty beverages Join us as a Bartender Manager where your energy fuels unforgettable experiences!
