This role is for machinists who take pride in tight-tolerance work, ownership of their machine, and producing zero-defect parts. What You'll Do Perform full setups and operation on CNC lathes (mills a plus)Machine complex aerospace components to ±.0003 tolerancesSelect tooling and optimize speeds/feeds for performanceConduct first-piece inspections and maintain high quality standardsTroubleshoot and improve machining processes at the machineMaintain a clean, organized, professional workspace What You Bring 5+ years of CNC machining & setup experienceStrong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledgeAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with tight-tolerance, high-precision machiningProgramming knowledge (G-code or CAM) is a strong plusWillingness to work OT/weekends when needed Apply today with an updated resume or walk in and apply at Stand-By Personnel - 1531 E. 2nd Street, Tulsa, OK 74120.
