We even offer pet insurance.Pay Range: $50,000 - $110,000+ / yearThe compensation range includes a competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential through our sales commission structure, along with performance-based bonuses.Location: 9220 River Road, Marcy, New York, 13403.What You Will Do:Proactively generate and develop new business leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutionsPrepare and present insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and consistently close new businessBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and account support as neededEstablish and grow referral and networking partnerships with small business owners and professional partners, including real estate agents and mortgage lendersCollaborate with the agency to develop, execute, and achieve marketing and production goalsDemonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent, results-driven commitment to daily successOur Ideal Candidate:We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing sales team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.
