CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanically minded CNC Operator / Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will: Assemble and box systems according to specifications. Operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture components and systems Install systems on customers' vehicles ensuring quality and accuracy. Welding experience or certifications are highly desirable, as is the ability to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities: Assemble and package systems per provided specifications. Safely operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment. Fabricate components using manual tools and power equipment. Weld from time to time (can teach) - Primarily MIG Welding Assist and eventually perform installs of systems on trucks (small portion of time) ensuring proper fit and functionality. Help ensure inventory levels are properly maintained Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals. Qualifications CNC or related certification or diploma a strong plus Welding or related certification a strong plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems without significant oversight. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Forklift certification a plus Ability to use measuring instruments, read and interpret properly Good communication skills (written and oral) Ability to read and interpret instructions/orders when required Ability to lift some heavy items Good work ethic Willingness to do a variety of tasks This position is M-F either from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations?
