About the Opportunity:The Lead Field Technician serves as the senior technical expert for field operations, combining technical expertise with leadership to ensure project success. This role involves managing complex installations and troubleshooting while guiding field technicians to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with quality. The position acts as a central liaison among customers, project managers, and internal teams, often requiring travel to client sites.3. Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate daily activities of field technicians on job sites.• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and technical support to technicians.• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.• Perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in the field.• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.• Ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulations.• Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and internal stakeholders.• Coordinate equipment, materials, and tools for field work.• Track project progress and report status to management.• Ensure work completion on schedule and within scope.• Review completed work for quality and accuracy.• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.• Support continuous improvement initiatives within field operations.4. Requirements:• Extensive experience with field services, hardware deployments, and multi-site rollouts.• Proven leadership or senior technical resource experience in the field.• Knowledge of SCCM imaging, Windows device configuration, and endpoint deployment.• Ability to assess site needs independently and manage execution.• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.• Strong communication skills with technicians and client contacts.• Professional presence, sound judgment, and capability to work independently.• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work under various environmental conditions.• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• MinUSD 36.78 per hour, MaxUSD 47.08 per hour.6.
