Architectural Designer

Position: Architect / Project Designer – Institutional, Educational Renovation ProjectsRole Overview Support multiple small to mid scale institutional and educational projects, including a new Recreation Center, various K-12 renovations and higher-ed campus additions and retrofits.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop design and construction documents for all projects.Produce DD's, details, CD's through technical design coordination and administration.Support and collaborate in a team setting on an array of institutional building types (recreation, education, sanitation, etc.).Requirements5+ years experience.Strong Revit skills for the Recreation Center+ role; AutoCAD for some renovation projects.Institutional or public project experience preferred.Open to full-time W2 on a contract-to-hire capacity.
