The experienced Ventas team shares a commitment to each other and to the Company’s mission of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.About The RoleThe Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s treasury operations, cash management activities, banking relationships, and financial analysis initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient liquidity management, accurate cash reporting, payment processing, and treasury-related project execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in corporate treasury operations within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:Perform and oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, reconciliations, forecasting, and posting cash entriesManage treasury payment processing activities, including wires, ACH transactions, and related controlsAdminister and monitor ACH/check positive pay processes across all applicable accounts and transactionsPrepare and support corporate financing and mortgage debt transactionsManage the end-to-end bank account administration process, including account openings, maintenance, signatory updates, and KYC documentationSupport the administration of banking portals and user access management across multiple banking relationshipsPartner with Accounting and Finance teams to support intercompany loan tracking, reporting, and related accounting activitiesAssist with internal and external audit requests and ensure compliance with treasury policies and controlsLead or support treasury-related projects, system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain treasury reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-makingIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline treasury workflows and reporting processesSupport cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, and working capital management initiativesAssist with project planning, implementation, testing, and documentation for treasury systems and operational enhancementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field required4–7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or related finance functionMust be located in the Louisville, KY or Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employmentWillingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations.Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking products, cash management, and treasury controlsExperience working with treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and ERP systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word preferredStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience supporting process improvement, automation, or systems integration initiatives preferredCPA, CTP, CFA, or other relevant certification preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureThe estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $125,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting.
