(Commissions) Phone Sales Representative
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, no experience needed
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for lead generation and business development.
Perform warm calling to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
