Install, rack, and cable servers, networking equipment, and power distribution units in a data center environmentMonitor system alerts and respond to basic hardware or connectivity issuesPerform routine maintenance, including hardware upgrades, replacements, and troubleshootingDocument configurations, procedures, and incident reports accuratelyAssist with inventory management, including tracking and organizing equipmentFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelinesSupport senior technicians with deployments, diagnostics, and repairsMaintain cleanliness and organization of data center spacesCoordinate with network, systems, and facilities teams as neededParticipate in on-call rotations or shift work to support 24/7 operations
