Our environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and built around consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.Why join us? 4-day work week (long weekends 👏) Overtime opportunities available Stable manufacturing environment with steady workflow Hands-on role with direct impact on product quality Collaborative team across production and engineeringJob DetailsJob DetailsInspection & Quality Control Inspect materials and finished products on the production line Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections Conduct visual and measurement-based testingDocumentation & Reporting Record inspection results accurately in reports and logs Communicate quality issues and required corrections to production teamsCollaboration Work closely with production and engineering to resolve quality issues Support maintaining production flow while ensuring quality standardsGeneral Responsibilities Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support additional quality-related tasks as neededMust-Haves 1+ year of Quality Inspector experience in manufacturing Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Knowledge of GD&T Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate issues clearly to production teamsSchedule🕒 Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM🕒 OT on Friday/Saturday as neededCompensation & Benefits $17–$23/hour Competitive benefits package Overtime opportunitiesInterested in hearing more?
