Roof Replacement Supervisor

Roofing Build Supervisor / Install Oversight (Per-Job Pay) We are hiring an experienced roofing professional to act as a Build Supervisor on residential roof replacements. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on roofing install experience who understands how a roof should be done correctly and can manage jobs in the field. What You’ll Be Doing Pick up equipment from our storage unit (Catch-All system, tools) Transport and set up the Catch-All system before installs Follow a build checklist for every job Be on-site during roof replacements Monitor crews and job quality Communicate with production and sales if issues arise Solve problems on-site when needed Take photos and document the build Ensure the job is clean, professional, and done right Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Roofing installation experience required Strong understanding of how a roof should be installed Reliable transportation Able to lift and move equipment (Catch-All system) Comfortable being responsible for the job site Able to be trusted with keys/locks for company storage Problem-solving mindset (not just “watching”) Professional and dependable Pay $300 per completed build (daily pay per install) Paid per job Busy months can mean multiple installs per week Strong earning potential as volume increases Schedule Job-based (not hourly) More work during busy months Flexible between installs DFW Area If you have real roofing experience and want a role with responsibility, respect, and consistent pay — apply and let’s talk.
