Home Health Aide (HHA)

Care 365 Homecare - We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with an established care plan.ResponsibilitiesProvide health care services in patients residencesPerform domestic and household tasksTransport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospitalAssist with clients personal care activitiesMonitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their conditionAssist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercisesProvide companionship and basic emotional or psychological supportFollow specific care plans for clients and report all completed tasksAssist with the personal care needs of the client (Bathing, dressing, etc )Provide or assist in Light house keeping, meal preparation & laundry, grocery shop ( ESSENTIAL ERRANDS )Maintain a high degree of patient confidentiality and all times due to access of sensitive informationMaintain regular attendance, consistent attendance, and is flexible to meet the needs of the clientAbide by all regulations & policiesSKILLSMust be 18 and overMust be able to pass a criminal back ground checkGood communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work with limited supervision*Must be caring, compassionate, empathetic and have a true desire to care for othersAbility to monitor vital signsFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsCaring and compassionate personalityHigh school degree
