Sr Software Engineer Enterprise Tools (Observability) Architecture

Overview In this role you will lead the architecture and evolution of Staples' observability platforms, focusing on end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, and user experience. You will collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Product, and Infrastructure to standardize practices, adopt new technologies, and drive reliability and efficiency at scale. You’ll shape how we monitor, log, and replay sessions to improve MTTR and customer satisfaction. This position blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on architecture to advance enterprise observability.
