CTPAT Compliance & Overseas Factory Onboarding Specialist

About Us TCW Trends is a growing apparel company working with global manufacturing partners. We are looking for a detailoriented specialist to manage CTPAT compliance and lead onboarding of overseas factories.What You’ll DoMaintain and update CTPAT security documentation Conduct supply chain security audits and risk assessments Train internal teams and overseas partners on CTPAT requirements Onboard new overseas factories (documentation, compliance checks, approvals) Review certifications (WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, etc.) Coordinate factory audits and security assessments Maintain approved vendor lists and compliance records Support logistics with import/export compliance needsWhat We’re Looking For2–3+ years in CTPAT, supply chain security, or import/export compliance Experience working with overseas factories (apparel) Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment Experience with compliance platforms a plus
