You will lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance applications handling Network Inventory Systems and Provisioning Systems. In this role, you will build robust Spring Boot backend systems, create modern React interfaces, and implement resilient cloud-native architectures. You will maintain strict ownership of code quality by writing comprehensive unit tests to ensure minimal production bugs.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack OSS DevelopmentDesign and build high-performance backend microservices using Spring Boot.Develop responsive, intuitive, and modern user interfaces utilizing React.Integrate complex systems through secure, optimized REST and SOAP APIs.Architect low-latency, high-performance database queries to process large-scale telecom datasets.Workflow & Core OrchestrationImplement complex orchestration logic using workflow engines (e.g., Temporal, Camunda).Model end-to-end network provisioning and service delivery lifecycles into automated state machines.Optimize distributed system states to ensure high resilience and zero transaction loss.Cloud-Native & DevOps EngineeringDeploy applications using containerized architectures including Docker and Kubernetes.Manage and scale cloud-native applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Collaborate with engineering teams to refine CI/CD pipeline automation and monitoring tools.Software Quality AssuranceWrite comprehensive, high-coverage unit and integration test cases for all written code.Ensure delivery of highly stable software components with minimal post-release bugs.Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to maintain architecture standards and system security.Required Skills & QualificationsBackend & DatabasesFrameworks: experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.APIs: Deep understanding of RESTful web services and legacy SOAP protocols.Data Layer: optimizing high-performance backend query technologies &D/B schemas.Frontend DevelopmentLibraries: proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and state management.Cloud & Workflow OrchestrationWorkflows: Direct exp building stateful systems with Temporal, Camunda, or similar engines.Containers: Hands-on exp with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.Cloud Platform: track record deploying and managing apps in Microsoft Azure.Telecom Domain ExpertiseOSS Systems: Deep functional knowledge of Network Inventory Systems and Network Provisioning.Preferred QualificationsExperience migrating legacy telecom OSS platforms to modern, cloud-native tech stacks.
