Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (Nights)

Job DescriptionShift Permanent Nights | 700 PM – 700 AM | 2-2-3 ScheduleWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC systems. This role supports standalone production equipment in a stable manufacturing environment.This is a permanent night shift position with a predictable 2-2-3 schedule. The schedule structure results in 88 paid hours per two-week cycle, including built-in overtime.Compensation & BenefitsAverage annual earnings $65,000–$95,000 (including built-in overtime and profit sharing)$3,000 sign-on bonus (tiered payout)Quarterly profit sharingMedical, dental, and vision effective Day 1401(k) with company matchTool replacement programTuition assistance (after one year)Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on machineryTroubleshoot motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control circuitsRead and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic printsComplete welding and fabrication tasks as neededEnter accurate maintenance data into CMMSQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experienceElectrical troubleshooting skills (480V systems preferred)Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus.Comfortable using a meter and interpreting electrical printsStable work history and strong safety recordAbout Us Hesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement?
