Overview In this role you will support the Technology Operations function by evaluating and shaping technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with ITIL-based governance and industry benchmarks. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving process maturity and data-driven decision making. The position emphasizes governance, portfolio oversight, and continuous improvement to deliver efficient technology operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to standardize practices and enable adoption of new tools, contributing to Cooley’s operational excellence and security objectives.
