Sr. Software Developer

We are hiring for C# Dev, .Net Core Dev, & Cobol Developer! This role is five days a week onsite and located in Monroe, WI. We're open to candidates who are willing to relocate. As an experienced Software Developer on our team, you'll work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other talented developers to design and implement solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. You'll develop, test, implement, document and maintain high quality business systems software solutions using the latest programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Your role will also include maintaining and improving our software, ensuring it's secure, reliable, and performs at its best. The individual in this position will take a lead role on complex initiatives and will mentor staff as needed. Note: We do not offer immigration sponsorship for any position at this time. Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalency in related education and professional work experience FinTech, banking/lending experience is helpful 8+ years of work experience in a software development role 4+ years of experience in a combination of the following: Cloud-based infrastructure, AWS preferred Demonstrated knowledge of microservices architecture, application development lifecycle, event-driven and asynchronous architecture, object-oriented design, etc. .NET Core, C#; development of RESTful API services. Certifications and additional experience with languages such as Python a plus.
