Job Purpose and Overview
A Market Account Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Market Sales Managers and completes assigned activities dedicated to the success of our customers. This position will assist the Market Sales Managers in daily operational functions allowing Sales Managers to focus on business priorities.
This role is a hybrid eligible position that can be located in Louisville, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, or Piscataway to facilitate on-site work in addition to a travel commitment of up to 25%.
What will you do as a Market Account Support Specialist at Dawn Foods?
Data processing
Input MCA’s (manual price adjustments) utilizing SAP
Meeting Coordination of Bakers Gatherings, Warehouse shows and Vendor Fairs
Attend and coordinate sales meetings and sales huddles working with both internal and external partners
Coordinate market visits for the Leadership Teams in conjunction with the Market Sales Managers
Execute New Item, New Customer Setups, and Item Maintenance internally and externally
Complete documents to set up new items
Work with Dawn Regulatory and Customer Regulatory teams to maintain item compliance
Coordinate samples for customer presentations, product cuttings, and new items
Additional duties as assigned to support Market Sales Managers and Senior Directors.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Technical Sales, Marketing, A/R, and Replenishing to ensure appropriate support is provided
Document facilitating; COA’s, Nutritional, Spec Sheets, and Customer Packets while engaging with the Regulatory Department
Demonstrates the “Dawn Values” of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence
What Does It Take to be a Market Account Support Specialist at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
4 years of experience supporting a sales organization
Experience collaborating with customers, retailers, and food service operators
Strong analytical skills and understands and can interpret a P&L
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across multiple business lines
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple software applications, user interfaces, and digital technologies
Takes initiative with an ability to prioritize workload
Strong business acumen with professional verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Strong resolution skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Range:
$48,040- $72,070 with bonus incentive
