SR AD / Director, Clinical Development Operations Lead (CDOL/SR CDOL), Obesity- Remote

For our client, we are seeking a SR AD / Director Clinical Development Operations Lead (cdol/sr Cdol) Obesity- Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term innovation within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $170,000 – $316,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead clinical delivery of late-phase Clinical Development Plans (CDPs) Develop and oversee operational strategies and timelines Partner with stakeholders for efficiency and consistency across trials Drive adoption of innovative trial designs and data-driven decision-making Ensure patient-centric engagement throughout the development lifecycle Identify feasibility risks and prepare mitigation strategies before trials Deliver strategic key messages to maintain trial engagementQualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in life sciences 10+ years in clinical development or operations 5+ years of therapeutic area experience for Director level; PhD or MD preferred Experience in obesity and/or MASH is a strong preference Advanced knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirementsBenefits Opportunities for international collaboration and visibility Supportive working environment fostering work-life balance Mobile working options to assist flexibility Opportunities for networking and professional developmentOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
