Join Our Team as a Project Manager - Steel Construction Industry Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for the steel construction industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? American Ironworks Mfg Inc is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Pacoima, CA. As a leader in the manufacturing and installation of ornamental ironwork, including custom iron gates, fences, railings, and security doors for residential and commercial properties, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our steel construction projects. Daily Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of steel construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success Create and maintain project schedules and budgets Oversee the installation and quality control of all steel construction projects Prepare and submit project proposals and change orders Required Skills: Experience in construction management Ability to review and approve submittals and specifications Strong project management skills, Read and Understand Construction Plans Nice to Have Skills: Background in military construction projects Experience in consulting and implementation of steel construction projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably Autocad and Bluebeam Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary starting at $100,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
