Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience10 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or operational planning within a semiconductor fab environment.Experience in advanced demand forecasting methodologies, processes, material requirements planning (MRP), and production planning.Experience in manufacturing execution system (MES) and fab reporting systems (e.g., FabTime).Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.12 years of experience in a compound semiconductor volume fab, with leading the supply planning process during a major production ramp.Knowledge of architecting and implementing integrated planning ecosystems (encompassing people, process, and tools) from the ground up.Understanding of compound semiconductor processing, cycle time drivers, and yield modeling.Excellent data analysis and modeling skills (e.g., spreadsheet), with an ability to architect planning systems and dashboards from inception.
