The role involves overseeing daily branch operations, leading and mentoring a team, and driving business development initiatives to achieve branch growth and profitability targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a positive customer experience.
