Join us!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of high-impact enterprise AI and advanced analytics projects across Hospitality, Managed Venues, and Sales & Partnerships, focused on solving real business challengesTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, prototypes, or actionable recommendations using data, analytical frameworks, and emerging AI toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with Director-level leaders, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and iterate on solutionsDevelop executive-ready deliverables including presentations, demos, and written summaries that clearly communicate insights, risks, tradeoffs, and next stepsParticipate in a structured cohort experience designed to assess readiness for full-time roles and contribute meaningfully to enterprise-level initiatives.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldInternship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategyStrong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-makingSkills and AbilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problemsAbility to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working with relational databasesSQL strongly preferredWORKING CONDITIONSLocation: On Site: Frisco TX, or Chicago ILPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
