Client-: HCL America Role-: IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist Location: Nashville TN (Onsite)Contract: 6-12+ MonthsRequirement:Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephonePerform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as neededMust have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migrations, user profiles management, data backups.Install, configure, and maintain Devices at stores and other sitesUnderstanding of windowsPerform onsite Device maintenance, updates, or configuration changesPerform single and bulk IMACDs (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)Provide technical support and setup during special events such as grocery store openingsMicrosoft environment knowledge (desktop & server).
