NAPA Outside Sales

Job Description: Position Specifics Department: NAPA Parts Reports to: Location Manager Type of Employment: Full-Time Wage Type: Salary Location: Montezuma, Iowa At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and supplies. With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team. Purpose: Builds customer relationships by traveling to customer locations to perform follow-up activities on complete goods and parts and sales, address customer concerns, promote aftermarket sales and collect profiling information to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide Exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers Perform follow-up calls at customer locations Educate customers on parts, supplies and service promotions Follows through on priorities Addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively and satisfactorily Profiles customer's machines, vehicles, and demographic information Provides limited technical support where applicable, including TAMS, Pro-Link, Sinclair Supply Maintains condition of assigned vehicle Other duties as assigned by supervisor Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Good customer relations skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups Ability to work extended hours and weekends Great customer service and high level of attention to detail, especially under pressure Dependability and consistency is a must Polished, Professional, and Friendly demeanor Working Conditions & Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must have a valid driver’s license MVR in good standing Must be able to lift at least 75-pounds Travel as needed This is not an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, skills, or working conditions.
