Service Desk Analyst

TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support to end users onsite in Menasha, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and delivering strong customer service.Schedule & LocationOnsite 5 days per week in MenashaMonday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMWhat You'll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for end-user technical issuesRespond to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, and other intake methodsTroubleshoot common issues such as password resets, software installs, and basic desktop supportDocument, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNowEscalate more complex issues to higher-tier support as neededProvide clear communication and follow-up to ensure user satisfactionDeliver courteous, professional customer service at all timesAdditional ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues using documented proceduresPerform minor fixes and assist with general application supportExplain technical processes and solutions in a way users can understandMay assist with project planning, testing, or training support for new initiativesWhat We're Looking For1+ year of experience in a service desk, help desk, or technical support role (required)Working knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and utilizing Active DirectoryExperience supporting users in a Windows desktop environmentStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a user-facing roleJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 – $26.00/hr.
