Field Safety Representative

FDRsafety is seeking a Field Safety Representative to oversee a construction project in El Paso, TX. This position is anticpated to start immediately and will last approximately 18 months on a Monday-Friday dayshift schedule for 40-50 hours/week. This individual will be responsible for providing toolbox talks, site walkthroughs, inspections, auditing, assisting, and advising management of their findings daily for a single site location. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, or related field is preferred. EM-385 experience or BCSP certification (ASP, CHST, or CSP) or similar certification is preferred. Candidates must have an OSHA 30 Hour in Construction Certification. Candidates must have a First-Aid/CPR/AED certificate. Candidates should have 5+ years of construction safety experience as a lead with the proven ability to identify workable solutions to eliminate hazards. Strong background in constructions procedures and processes. Experience with cranes, rigging, confined space, and forklift safety is required.
