Their marketing and creative team supports real estate agents nationwide by producing high-quality corporate and property marketing materials. The team is fully remote and distributed across multiple U.S. time zones.OverviewWe’re looking for a Junior Production Designer who is fast, accurate, and detail-oriented. You’ll work within established templates to produce real estate marketing booklets at scale, focusing on layout, consistency, and error-free execution rather than original creative concepts. You’ll collaborate closely with a Team Lead and the broader production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work, can handle high volumes, and takes pride in clean, polished layouts.ResponsibilitiesProduce multi-page booklets using pre-defined templates.Work in InDesign and learn templated programs used by the company, similar to Canva (training will be provided)Adapt and populate templates with property data, images, maps, and tables.Handle a high volume of work (several books per day), following checklists and processes to ensure quality and accuracy.Collaborate with the Production Design Team Lead, incorporating feedback and implementing corrections quickly.Ensure consistency across pages and projects (margins, spacing, fonts, colors, image placement, etc.).Flag issues or missing assets and communicate clearly with the team when something is unclear.Meet agreed turnaround times while maintaining high quality standards.Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in production design, marketing coordination, content production, administrative support, or similar detail-oriented roles. Recent graduates are welcome.Familiarity with templated/design platforms such as Canva or similar tools. Adobe InDesign is a plus, but not required.Comfortable working within templates, structured processes, and repeatable layouts.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on accuracy and consistency.Ability to follow checklists, instructions, and feedback carefully.Good English comprehension skills to understand briefs, revisions, and team communication.Comfortable learning new tools and systems in a collaborative environment.Design background or studies are a plus, but not mandatory.Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time position.
