Position Summary:
We're pursuing an enterprising and driven Channel Representative based in Concord, NH, who thrives on face-to-face interaction and relationship-building. You’ll be the face of OCA across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, engaging with lumberyards, big box retailers, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals. If you’re passionate about sales, product demonstration, and making lasting business connections—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate on promotional initiatives and drive sales through targeted strategies
Training & Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact product demos and train partners in best practices
Territory Travel: Attend trade shows, site visits, and industry events across New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.
Reporting & CRM Management: Keep leadership informed through clear, consistent updates
Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new business opportunities
Brand Stewardship: Represent OCA’s product lines with professionalism and expertise
Event Participation: Proactively manage your calendar of engagements, including architect events and trade shows
Fleet Utilization: Operate and care for your assigned OCA pick-up truck and trailer or van
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in the building materials industry
Self-motivated with a coachable attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
Exceptional sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000/year
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses
Insurance: 100% employer-paid premiums (health, dental, vision, life - $42,000 annual value)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
