Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, supply management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and team management for command and control systems.• Monitor project performance, recommend schedule and cost adjustments, and manage resource allocation.• Resolve technical and non-technical project issues, prioritizing solutions during the design and planning phases.• Communicate project status, requirements, and updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and end-users.• Develop and manage engineering plans, Assessment & Authorization (A&A) packages, and configuration management controls.• Maintain integrated master schedules, including Gantt charts, to track project timelines and milestones.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience.• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.• Knowledge of military command center systems, including Defense Red Switch Network, multimedia systems, radio systems, cryptographic systems, and IT systems.• Familiarity with project management best practices, such as the PMBOK Guide.• Experience with project tracking tools and software suites like Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred.• Military background and/or familiarity with military customs and courtesies are preferred.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($92,300 - $166,850) plus potential benefits.• Opportunity to work on critical command and control systems for a leading technology organization.• Access to resources and support to ensure project success and adherence to accreditation requirements.• Role involves direct communication with key government communication teams and user security offices.Apply via Haystack today!
