Controls / BMS Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Own the building management and plant control systems: sensors, controllers, sequences, and alarm management for power and cooling. *What you'll do:* * Maintain and tune BMS/plant control systems and instrumentation * Manage alarm rationalization and trending * Support sequence testing during commissioning * Coordinate controls vendors and integrators * Maintain controls documentation and backups *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required) * Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline * Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP) * High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued _Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly._ Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
