Production Supervisor
Job description: Job Description As the Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the Machining and Assembly departments—two teams at the heart of our manufacturing success—and empower them to reach new levels of performance. What You Can Look Forward to as Production Supervisor Oversee daily operations and coordination of the Machining and Assembly departments Meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and material resources effectively Drive 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure ISO and regulatory compliance Lead corrective actions, maintain safe/technical working conditions, and stop production when needed for safety or quality Develop team members through coaching, training, and consistent policy enforcement Your Profile as Production Supervisor Manufacturing experience (automotive preferred) with strong knowledge of machining, assembly, and ISO standards Proven leadership ability in a matrix environment with 1–3 years of supervisory experience Lean/Six Sigma background and proficiency with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans Ability to interpret technical documents and apply budgeting/financial understanding Proficiency in MS Office and PLM systems with strong English communication skillsHigh School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred The expected base compensation for this role is $62,700 to $78,400 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
