Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable

Company Overview:A global leader in medical and aesthetic equipment manufacturing, with operations in over 90 countries, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their U.S. Finance team. This role will focus on general accounting functions and support the financial close process.Job Responsibilities:Learn and perform the sales validation process for assigned territories/zonesReconcile customer payments using bank and credit card merchant data, and update records in SalesforceReview and audit employee expense reports for accuracy and complianceAnalyze and process accounts payable invoicesSupport the weekly check and payment run by completing the required tasksPrepare the fixed asset reconciliation and depreciationPerform additional account reconciliations as neededMaintain accurate and organized financial records and documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracyQualifications:BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred1-3 years of accounting experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accountingProficient in Microsoft Office or Google Office SuiteExperience with QuickBooks, Odoo, and Concur is preferred but not requiredCompensation: Salary: $70,000 – $75,000, Plus BonusThe post Staff Accountant – Accounts Payable appeared first on Landing Point.
