Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Specialist located in Washington, DC. The Audio Visual Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for AV systems, facilitating seamless video conferencing, and ensuring the functionality of these systems through effective troubleshooting. The role also includes collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring technical excellence. Qualifications Proficiency in Audio Visual Support and implementing AV systemsExperience with Video Conferencing setup and managementStrong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AV equipmentAbility to provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with clients and team members effectivelyStrong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environmentRelevant certifications in AV technology or related fields are advantageousPrior experience in a similar AV support role is preferred but not required
