3rd Shift Press Operator

*Primary Job Description* Candidate will be responsible for operating injection, and at times, conventional presses, to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods while reporting to the 3rd shift supervisor. *Responsibilities* * Operate multiple injection presses to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods * Operate multiple conventional presses as needed * Trim, inspect and box parts after molding * Accurately record output on daily production worksheets * Monitor quality using visual inspection and via software data entry * Perform daily cleanup of press and other production areas *Suggested Background* * Experience and comfort with industrial machinery, computers and data entry * Ability to lift heavy loads *Compensation & Benefits* * $17.49 per hour plus piece-work bonus bringing _target_ pay to $18.79 per hour on average over the past 60 days. * 10 paid holidays per year * Health and vision insurance * Participation in the Company’s non-matching 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment * 1 week vacation in first year of employment; 2 weeks vacation with 2 years employment; 3 weeks vacation with 7 years employment; 4 week vacation with 15 years of employment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
