Overview You will design, build, and implement advanced Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions in a migration from a legacy system. Collaborating with product, engineering, and operations, you deliver secure, scalable customer contact capabilities in a fast-growing environment. You’ll leverage a broad AWS toolkit and integrate CRM/ERP systems to optimize performance and customer experience. This role offers hands-on work shaping a modern contact center platform with a strong emphasis on reliability and innovation. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy complex Amazon Connect solutions including IVR flows, queues, agents, and integrationsBuild and maintain custom integrations with CRM/ERP and monitoring systemsAnalyze call flow data, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce handling times and boost satisfactionConfigure voice, chat, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and outbound dialing within Amazon ConnectStay updated on latest Amazon Connect features and related technologiesProvide troubleshooting and technical support for Amazon Connect and its integrations Key requirementsDeep expertise in Amazon Connect features and capabilities including Contact LensExperience designing complex contact flows with advanced routing, LEX bots, PollyStrong knowledge of AWS integration capabilities (Lambda, SQS, SNS) and Connect APIs/SDKsSolid AWS infrastructure experience (ECS, S3, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, DynamoDB) and security practicesCRM/3rd party integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow; CRM APIs and data modelsExperience with Terraform; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git)Security and regulatory knowledge (PCI DSS, PII, HIPAA, GDPR) and identity concepts (IAM, SSO)Networking knowledge relevant to telephony environmentsStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsStrong communicationAnalytical mindsetIndependent and collaborative work styleJavaSpring BootSQL/NoSQL databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora)
