Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Boston, MA. The Senior Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include preparing detailed business reports, refining operational workflows, and ensuring requirements are aligned with organizational needs and strategies. Additionally, the role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and support decision-making processes. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insightsProficiency in Business Analysis and developing comprehensive business requirementsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholdersExperience in optimizing business processes and identifying areas for operational improvementStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience with data visualization tools or business intelligence software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the healthcare industry or a similar field is advantageous
