Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Appointment Setter with leadership qualities to join The Chill Brothers team at our Morrisville, NC. location. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our customer base and driving our mission forward by setting appointments with potential clients through a warm outreach. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives and contribute to our company's growth in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
Initiate warm outreach to prospective clients to set appointments.
Lead and motivate a team of appointment setters to achieve targets.
Develop and implement strategies for effective lead generation.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally.
Track performance metrics and report on progress regularly.
Uphold the company's values of honesty, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, outside or inside sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership experience or ability to lead a team.
Fluency in English.
Ability to develop business relationships and drive results.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
