Design, deploy, and maintain VMware-based virtual infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Administer and support Omnissa Horizon environments for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Manage and monitor Veeam backup and replication solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and technologies within the factory environment. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance across server and virtual environments. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, providing Tier II/III support as needed. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
