Lease Consultant I (Junior Level)

LHH is seeking a junior Lease Consultant for our client to negotiate with property owners on cell site leases, amendments, and real estate rights. Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in oil & gas, real estate, or sales/negotiation-heavy roles.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate lease terms, renewals, consents, and acquisitionsManage and close a high-volume pipeline of transactionsProvide deal updates, forecasts, and reporting to managementReview lease/easement documents and assist with due diligenceUse Salesforce, DataTree, and basic Excel modelsCoordinate document execution and closing logisticsSupport outreach efforts including cold calling and lead generationQualifications:Strong negotiation and communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with basic Excel and CRM systemsWhat’s Offered:Remote role with training providedHigh-growth, transaction-focused environment
