About the companyOur client is a category-defining AI platform reshaping how Fortune 500 legal teams operate, founded in 2023 and already trusted by Cargill, DHL, Bayer, Citi, Best Buy, LinkedIn, OpenAI, and the U.S. Air Force. They raised a $105M Series A led by General Catalyst, with Floodgate, Sierra Ventures, Gokul Rajaram, and Stanford Professor Chris Ré in support. The team has scaled past 200 people and is building AI-native “Digital Twins” that embed institutional legal expertise directly into Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, iManage, and Slack.The roleThis is a platform PM seat with real ownership of the surface area that holds the product together: enterprise APIs, integrations, and the AI evaluation systems that keep LLM workflows trustworthy at Fortune 500 scale.What you will do• Drive platform stability, robustness, and scalability as the product expands across Fortune 500 deployments.• Own the roadmap for enterprise APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations (Word, Outlook, Copilot, Slack, ServiceNow, iManage).• Define and execute AI quality and evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered legal workflows, including RAG, embeddings, and retrieval quality.• Partner with platform engineering on major architectural decisions and translate platform work into customer value with CX and product peers.• Build developer experience tooling, documentation, and onboarding flows for enterprise integrations and partner builds.What we are looking for• Around 5 years of PM experience with meaningful exposure to platform, API, or developer-tools products.• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or GenAI products built post-2022. Pre-2022 ML alone will not be enough.• A track record at a startup that scaled from Series A toward Series C or D, or Big Tech experience paired with demonstrable 0 to 1 product launches.• Engineer-turned-PM, or strong technical fluency that lets you go deep with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.• Scrappy, self-directed, and comfortable operating without heavy direction or resourcing.Bonus points• Direct experience designing AI evaluation frameworks or quality metrics.• Prior exposure to legal tech, CLM, or other regulated industries.• Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, and RBAC requirements in enterprise contexts.Compensation and benefits• Base: $180K to $235K• Equity: Competitive• Visa sponsorship available• Relocation support availableLocation and work model• Palo Alto, CA• On-site, 5 days per week
