Front of the House Shift Manager
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment with moving parts. This role is responsible for the front of house operations, communication with the back of the house, and working closly with the owners to insure brand integrity.
**Duties Include**
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers, a smooth operation and enjoyment of their experience.
- Address all customer complaints, concerns and feedback, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met immediately and professionally.
- Supervise a team of servers, front counter, and bartenders, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage cash handling, including operating a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staffing levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies, including those related to customer service, food safety, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared according to menu specifications and that kitchen operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinating and ensuring that all staff members are aware of their duties and carry out to highest degree. Participate in ongoing training and development.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong knowledge of food and alchohol safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team of staff members.
- Ability to multitask, be flexable, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register. Keno is a plus!

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
