We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our busy eye care practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent office management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Duties
Assist Practice Administrator and management team.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational integrity.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and Practice Management System for correspondence, report generation, and record keeping.
Support office management tasks such as inventory control, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and supply ordering.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or medical reception preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, proofreading, and customer service excellence.
