The role will primarily include marketing JOBST compression products within but not limited to DME/HME facilities and vein/vascular/lymphedema clinics. This is a full-time position that reports to the Inside Sales Manager.HybridThis will be a hybrid position and the ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC.What You Will DoDevelop and implement strategies to maximize territory and company objectives, including analyzing sales and marketing data to determine key opportunities in the territory.Establish understanding of the customer's corporate dynamics, key issues and concerns, including challenges and opportunities that can increase business revenue.Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system or customer contact database applications to input customer data.Increase overall sales volume of Essity products by attaining or exceeding established sales objectives by implementing sales plans and marketing programs.Collaborate in the development of internal and external training and education programs for various Essity-assigned disease treatment therapies for customers.Conduct virtual in-services, seminars, presentations, and training of Essity products for key customers; an understanding of Microsoft Teams is beneficial.Remain cognizant of trends and developments in the field by monitoring competitor activities, products, and trade magazines throughout the assigned territory.Knowledge of internal operations (e.g., Customer Service, Contract Management, Distribution, etc.).Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.Who You AreFour (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.One (1) to two (2) years of inside sales experience; medical experience preferred, with abundant prospecting, cold-calling and closing of new business.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook.Ability to plan and organize time, schedules, and effectively use company resources.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent people skills.Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.Strong time and territory management skills are a must.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive annual salary + sales incentive + benefits.
