This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning, schedule control, cost tracking, and progress reporting, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Brands, and R&D to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, and within approved budgets.What You'll Be Responsible ForProject Planning & Schedule ControlDevelop, maintain, and control integrated project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning softwareEnsure project execution plans across all North America sites are aligned and progressing as plannedTrack all project activities to ensure milestones and critical paths are achievedIdentify and maintain a project risk register; proactively assess schedule/cost risks and implement mitigation strategies across all projectsCoordinate the project timeline with Strategic Planning team, Factory team ,Engineering team and Supply planning team.Manage Management of Change across all construction sites.Manage any change in scope and cost control.Cost Control & CapEx ManagementTrack project costs against approved CapEx budgets and quarterly phasingEnsure POs are placed on time and aligned with project schedulesMonitor commitments, actuals, and forecasts to maintain cost disciplineReport any deviations from approved cost or phasing plans in a timely manner.Lead Early Equipment Management pillar for Transformation projects.Lead Value Engineering Workshops and track record of activities.Reporting & Performance ManagementPrepare and lead weekly and monthly project progress reportsDevelop and present S‑Curves and other project performance indicatorsProvide clear visibility on schedule, cost, risks, and mitigations to leadershipTrack and report site safety performance and HSE records related to projectsCross‑Functional CoordinationPartner with Engineering, Operations, Brands, and R&D to ensure execution strategies align with sales plans, product launches, and business prioritiesSupport integrated decision-making across functions to protect timelines and outcomesSite Engagement & GovernanceTravel to North America manufacturing sites to review progress, validate reporting, and support project governanceAct as a key point of contact for project controls, ensuring consistency and rigor across sitesWe're Looking For Someone Who...Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working Experiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)8+ years of experience in large-scale capital project executionProven experience in:Experience working in live manufacturing sites and navigating operational constraints during project executionProject planning and schedule control for Large Scale Capital Project.CapEx and cost managementTimeline monitoring and reportingConstruction and site execution environmentsSkillsHands-on experience with advance project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)Strong understanding and experience of construction, installation, and commissioning activities for Packaging Lines, Utilities, Mix plant and Building.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple projectsComfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-site environmentsLeadershipAbility to lead and influence up and down the organizationStrong ownership of project outcomesAble to navigate through unexpected challenges and drive executionWhat You'll GetAlongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includesMarket-competitive pay and performance related rewards Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Time off to rest and recharge Ongoing learning and development opportunities Pay: The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: TMICC employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
