DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Port Arthur, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive outpatient setting focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience practicing as an NP or PA and be comfortable managing a broad range of primary care conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full-spectrum family medicine services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatmentPerform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screeningsOrder and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studiesDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansEducate patients and families on preventive care, medication management, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR systemCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient careQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Previous experience practicing as an NP or PA requiredPrior family medicine or primary care experience preferredStrong xevrcyc clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in an outpatient clinic environmentSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOutpatient only – no nights or weekendsCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
