RN Unit Manager

$7,500 sign on bonus Pine View Healthcare and Rehabilitation a long-term care facility in Broomall PA is seeking a full time RN unit manager to join its compassionate team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete all necessary reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Report any problems that arise to the Director of Nursing and aide in developing/implementing a proper care plan. Provide direct care as needed. Review nurses notes to make sure proper documentation is maintained related to treatment. Make rounds with physicians as needed and ensure proper records are maintained. Make sure all physicians are informed in changes of resident's condition and follow orders as directed. Assist nursing staff with the admission process and review that all assessments are complete and accurate.
