You'll guide nursing and caregiving staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident careall within a collaborative, well-resourced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team SupportSupervise and mentor nursing staff; provide administrative oversight when the Director of Nursing is unavailableCoach, train, and develop staff through consistent communication and hands-on leadershipResident Care & Clinical OversightParticipate in pre-admission evaluationsDevelop and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)Conduct ongoing assessments and reassessments, adjusting care plans as neededCoordinate care with physicians, pharmacy, home health, hospice, and rehab providersPartner with Neighborhood Managers to proactively address resident needs and quality outcomesOversee medication ordering, storage, administration, and documentationQuality & ComplianceParticipate in Quality Assurance initiatives and performance improvement effortsEnsure timely, accurate clinical documentationFamily CommunicationCollaborate with Neighborhood Managers to maintain open, supportive communication with residents' familiesQualificationsActive RN license in New York State3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, home care, or related healthcare settingSkilled Nursing experience is appreciatedMemory Care experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with ISPs, 3122 forms, and high-acuity resident care a plusStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefits & PerksCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, vision, life insurance & optional benefits401(k) planPaid vacation timeTuition assistance opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramEmergency support programEmployee referral bonusesComplimentary meals every workdayClear growth and advancement opportunitiesBottom LineThis is a role for a Nurse Manager who wants to lead with compassion, be fully supported, and work in an environment where excellence is sustainablenot exhausting.If you have a big heart, strong clinical judgment, and want to be part of something truly special, we'd love to connect.
